Exciting Opportunity for a Pharmacist Locum!
We are on the hunt for an exceptional Pharmacist to join our team on an ongoing basis in Birmingham, UK. If you're a Pharmacist with a specialism in Band 7 roles, this could be your perfect fit. What you will do:
- Support the Head Pharmacists at both Moseley Hall Hospital and West Heath Hospital to enhance and develop pharmaceutical services, ensuring continuity of care during annual, study, and sick leave periods
- Maintain high-quality services by establishing and nurturing good working relationships and effective communication with colleagues, other departments, external organisations, and the public
- Deliver training on medicines and medicines management, ensuring that all staff are up to date and informed
- Supervise junior staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development and responsibilities
- Oversee the supply of pharmaceuticals, ensuring that all protocols and safety measures are adhered to
What experience is required?
- At least 2 years of experience in a related specialism
- HCPC registration is required
- Being a car driver is preferred, enhancing your ability to commute between sites efficiently
