Locum Band 7 Pharmacist within NHS in Edinburgh
We are seeking a skilled Band 7 Pharmacist for an exciting locum position within the NHS in Edinburgh. This opportunity offers a competitive hourly rate of £30 to £40 and is available for a duration of 1 month. You will be working full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Your expertise will be utilised in paediatric clinical pharmacy, serving both medical and surgical/PICU areas. Current registration with the GPhC and a child PVG are essential for this role.

What you will do:
- Deliver specialist pharmaceutical services and advice in paediatric clinical settings
- Conduct medication reviews and provide expert guidance to healthcare staff and patients
- Support the development and implementation of pharmaceutical care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate records of interventions and pharmaceutical management
Requirements of the Pharmacist:
- GPHC Registration
- Previous experience working as a Pharmacist within a UK based NHS Pharmacy setting
- NVQ or equivalent – Pharmacist qualification
