Peripatetic Manager - Learning Disabilities, South Yorkshire, £41,200 Annually
We are on the lookout for an exceptional Peripatetic Manager to join our team across South Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicester, and the Midlands. If you are an experienced Manager or Registered Manager with expertise in learning disabilities and a knack for making a difference, this is the role for you! What you will do:
- Provide enhanced support to homes by managing recruitment, retention, budget handling, and rota planning.
- Serve as interim leadership whenever needed, stepping seamlessly into Manager roles to maintain continuity and high care standards.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of individuals by encouraging engagement, fulfillment, and happiness in every care setting you manage.
- Motivate and inspire your team with innovative ideas that enhance the lives of those we support, making every day meaningful.
What you'll need:
- Proven experience as a Manager or Registered Manager in a care setting, ideally within the learning disabilities sector.
- A track record of successfully managing budgets, recruitment, and team development, showcasing your leadership and organisational skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and energise others.
- A genuine passion for improving the lives of others, along with a commitment to high-quality care delivery.
