Pay Rate: £23.83 per hour (assignment rate)
Contract: Locum, 3-Months
We are looking for a Paralegal with a focus on Childcare Law to support our legal team. You will assist in cases involving child protection, fostering, adoption, and family court matters. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting vulnerable children are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist solicitors with case preparation, drafting legal documents, and preparing court bundles.
- Liaise with clients and keep them informed on case progress.
- Conduct legal research and assist with the preparation of witness statements and affidavits.
- Manage and maintain case files accurately and efficiently.

Requirements of the Paralegal:
