What you will do: Work with young people post-court order or in custody by meeting statutory requirements, maintaining up-to-date case notes, and breaching as necessary. Attend court representing the Youth Justice team, making recommendations and producing high-standard court reports. Perform holistic assessments on children and families, developing intervention plans tailored to their needs. Risk assess and collaborate with families and victims to foster safer communities and reduce reoffending risks. Manage a caseload of prevention cases for children at risk of criminalisation, establishing relationships with their families and providing essential support.
