About the Role:
Sanctuary Personnel are seeking an experienced and dedicated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to lead our client's out-patient physiotherapy team. This role is integral to their commitment to providing outstanding patient care and enhancing their physiotherapy services.

The Department:
Their Physiotherapy department features a robust outpatient team managing a variety of cases including post-operative orthopaedic, general musculoskeletal, pelvic health, paediatrics, respiratory, and vestibular rehabilitation. The facility includes seven air-conditioned treatment rooms and a well-equipped gym. Additionally, they offer a comprehensive seven-day inpatient service, primarily focusing on orthopaedic cases, with some surgical and medical patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of the outpatient physiotherapy service.
- Reporting directly to the Physiotherapy Manager.
- Implementing service delivery projects.
- Coordinating training and development programmes.
- Reviewing patient documentation and conducting audits.
- Conducting Performance Development Reviews (PDRs).
- Ensuring the service is safe and effective.
- Delivering an exceptional level of patient care.
- Organising your own workload while considering business needs.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- HCPC and CSP registration.
- Proven leadership experience and a commitment to innovation and improvement.
- Extensive knowledge of orthopaedics and musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to maintain professional judgement under pressure.
- Strong communication, accuracy, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in clinical audits and the utilisation of outcome tools.
- Demonstrable excellence in clinical reasoning.
- Comprehensive understanding of CSP Standards of Physiotherapy Practice and Rules of Professional Conduct.
- Ability to work within the governance framework of the hospital and comply with regulatory standards (CQC).
- Understanding of the private healthcare sector is advantageous.
