What you will do:
- Be responsible for managing a complex clinical caseload, employing evidence-based practice to assess, treat, and evaluate interventions effectively.
- Play a fundamental role within the multi-professional team, contributing to the development and enhancement of service provision.
- Cultivate partnerships with third sector organisations to enrich the recovery pathway for service users transitioning from inpatient settings to community living, promoting hope and genuine improvement in their quality of life.
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Must hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Recent experience working as an Occupational Therapist within the UK is essential.
- Previous experience working within the NHS is favourable.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council HCPC is mandatory.
