Locum Band 5 Dietitian with Adult Community focus in Chingford UK earning £24.30 per hour Hourly - Ongoing contract
Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey as a Dietitian within the vibrant community of Chingford? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Band 5 Dietitian to join our Adult Community team. You will earn £24.30 per hour on an ongoing contract. This role is perfect for someone who loves diversity in their work as you will be travelling between sites and visiting patients in their own homes. The position is part time, offering flexibility with a schedule of Monday to Thursday 09:00-17:00, working three days a week with one of the days being a must on Thursdays.

What you will do:
- Deliver general adult dietetic clinics, providing crucial support to services such as Why Weight and nursing homes.
- Manage and support the team with a high caseload of referrals, ensuring exceptional care and results for each patient.
- Travel between various sites and conduct home visits, ensuring that patient needs are met in the most convenient and effective manner for them.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop tailored nutritional plans and initiate interventions that promote health and wellbeing.
Requirements of the Dietitian:
- Degree or equivalent in dietetics.
- Recent experience working as a Dietitian in the UK.
- Registered with the HCPC to practise in the UK.
