Sanctuary Personnel is currently looking for an experienced Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse (CPN) to take on a new ongoing contract role.
Location: Kettering
Pay Rate: £26.50 per hour (assignment rate)
Contract Type: Locum contract
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Main Duties:
- Make a significant positive contribution to a service users recovery journey
- Responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidence-based care to a group of service users and their carers within a defined geographical area based around each of our primary care networks
- Provide professional advice and support to other agencies and members of the multidisciplinary team and act up for the Operations Manager in their absence as appropriate
Requirements of the Community Mental Health Nurse:
- Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
- Experience working as a Mental Health Nurse
- NMC Registration
- Must have proven Community Band 6 experience
- Smartcard & current or recent SystmOne Knowledge required
- Must have own transport
