Role Highlights:
As an MSK Physiotherapist in this part-time position (30 hours per week), you’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality occupational health services that make a real impact on employee well-being. Your weekly schedule offers flexibility, with Mondays from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm and Tuesdays to Thursdays from 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, allowing a balanced work-life experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Make a Difference: Conduct accurate clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for MSK disorders, enabling employees to reach their full potential.
- Lead and Inspire: Guide onsite exercise classes, complete ergonomic and risk assessments, and drive health promotion events.
- Mentor and Support: You’ll even have the chance to mentor students from local universities, fostering the next generation of talent in physiotherapy.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Qualified and Experienced: A Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy is required, with HCPC registration (master’s preferred).
- Technical Skill Set: Proficiency in clinical assessments, ergonomic evaluations, DSE assessments, and report writing.
- Team-Oriented: Excellent communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with the wider occupational health team.
