MSK Physiotherapist
Hours: Part-time, 3 days per week (22.5 hours), flexible between Monday to Thursday (8:00am - 4:00pm)
Salary: £38,000 per annum (pro-rata)

About the Role:
As an MSK Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care to employees, ensuring their health and fitness for work. You will be working within a dynamic and supportive team, providing assessments, treatments, and rehabilitation for musculoskeletal disorders. With flexibility in working hours, this is a great opportunity to balance work and life while making a real difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Assessments: Conduct accurate assessments and diagnoses for musculoskeletal disorders.
- Treatment Plans: Provide tailored treatments, rehabilitation programs, and on-site exercise classes for employees with MSK injuries.
- Reporting: Create detailed management reports on employee fitness, including recommendations for role adjustments or modifications.
- DSE Assessments: Conduct DSE assessments, provide advice, and recommend any necessary changes or equipment.
- Risk Assessments: Identify workplace hazards and assess risks related to musculoskeletal health in collaboration with Safety Health & Environment advisors.
- Health Promotion: Lead or contribute to health promotion initiatives aimed at reducing workplace injuries and improving overall wellbeing.
Skills and Qualifications:
Essential:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy
- HCPC Registration
- Experience with MSK Conditions and Treatments
- Strong IT Skills and understanding of patient confidentiality and GDPR
- Comprehensive Assessment and Report Writing Skills
- Ability to Conduct Ergonomic and Workplace Assessments
- Experience in Delivering Workshops and Health Promotion
- Multidisciplinary Team Collaboration
Desirable:
- Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy
