What you will do:
- Deliver a high-quality, person-centred Concessionary Travel and Blue Badge assessment service, using eligibility criteria set by the Authority and Department of Transport.
- Make informed decisions regarding applicants' eligibility for the various schemes.
- Conduct comprehensive mobility assessments for applicants when information from their application form is insufficient.
- Provide detailed and thorough reports and case papers on mobility assessments.
Essential requirements:
- You must be registered with HCPC to ensure the highest standard of practice.
- A valid driving license is essential, enabling you to effectively attend on-site assessments when necessary.
