Job Description: Experienced Social Worker - Assessment and Intervention - Tiverton - Up to £44 per hour Locum Position

What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive Child and Family Assessments to understand the needs of the children and their families.
- Lead section 47 Child Protection enquiries where necessary, ensuring children's safety and determining appropriate interventions.
- Work closely with children and families to provide support, initiate action plans, and achieve positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with a team of social workers, ASYEs, and Family Practitioners under the guidance of the team Managers.
- Maintain a timely presence in the office, providing a robust response to any emergencies and supporting families with urgent needs.
