What you will do:
- Conduct thorough Child and Family Assessments to determine the appropriate level of support or intervention required.
- Carry out section 47 Child Protection enquiries when necessary, ensuring children are safe and receive time-sensitive care.
- Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, young people, and families, focusing on strengths and achieving long-term stability.
- Collaborate with the Children and Families teams to ensure a seamless flow within the court arena.
- Support the team of Social Workers, ASYEs, and Family Practitioners, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
