Role Outline
Sanctuary Personnel are seeking an Ergonomist and Senior Physiotherapist for a client site based in Derby. This is a full-time, on-site position with occasional travel to their Bristol site.
This exciting role involves developing, managing, and delivering ergonomic and physiotherapy services to ensure maximum utilisation.
You will work closely with the client's Admin Team Leader to manage administration and operational processes, ensuring SLAs are met and protocols are followed. You will provide accurate ergonomic assessment reports with appropriate recommendations for managers. You will also identify workplace hazards, assess the risks associated with these hazards, and provide evidence-based physiotherapy clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatments using a biopsychosocial model. Your role will include writing clear reports on employee fitness and necessary role adjustments.

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Master's Degree in Physiotherapy
Certifications
- Full Member of the Chartered Physiotherapists in Occupational Health & Ergonomics (ACPOHE), RCO, CIEHF, HFES or another registered ergonomic organisation
- HCPC registration
Skills
- Conducting ergonomic assessments
- Conducting face-to-face assessments
- Knowledge of musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions/injuries and treatment
- Report writing
- Risk assessments
