The salary for this permanent Consultant Clinical Psychologist job is £74,290 - £94,923 per annum.

Your Role:
As a Consultant Clinical Psychologist, you’ll be the driving force behind high-quality, innovative neuropsychological rehabilitation. You’ll lead the way in shaping service delivery and supporting your team with clinical expertise and professional guidance.
- Lead and inspire: Provide top-notch clinical leadership to the multidisciplinary team and help shape the future of neurorehabilitation at Brainkind.
- Collaborate and create: Work with your team and clients to develop personalised care plans that truly make a difference.
- Innovate and evolve: Use your expertise to drive research, policy development, and evidence-based practices to continually improve our services.
- Support and consult: Be the go-to expert for colleagues, providing professional guidance to other psychologists and clinicians.
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in Psychology (BPS accepted) and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology accredited by the BPS.
- Registered Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC.
- Exceptional communication skills – you’ll be working with a range of people in challenging, highly emotional situations.
- A knack for managing complex cases and providing expert advice.
- Solid leadership experience – whether as a Consultant or Principal Clinical Psychologist.
- Deep knowledge of mental health legislation and how it impacts clinical practice.
