Your Role:

As a Consultant Clinical Psychologist, you’ll be the driving force behind high-quality, innovative neuropsychological rehabilitation. You’ll lead the way in shaping service delivery and supporting your team with clinical expertise and professional guidance.

  • Lead and inspire: Provide top-notch clinical leadership to the multidisciplinary team and help shape the future of neurorehabilitation at Brainkind.
  • Collaborate and create: Work with your team and clients to develop personalised care plans that truly make a difference.
  • Innovate and evolve: Use your expertise to drive research, policy development, and evidence-based practices to continually improve our services.
  • Support and consult: Be the go-to expert for colleagues, providing professional guidance to other psychologists and clinicians.

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree in Psychology (BPS accepted) and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology accredited by the BPS.
  • Registered Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC.
  • Exceptional communication skills – you’ll be working with a range of people in challenging, highly emotional situations.
  • A knack for managing complex cases and providing expert advice.
  • Solid leadership experience – whether as a Consultant or Principal Clinical Psychologist.
  • Deep knowledge of mental health legislation and how it impacts clinical practice.
