Sanctuary Personnel is currently looking for an experienced Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to take on a new ongoing contract role within the Mental Health & Wellness Team.
Location: Wanstead
Pay Rate: £27 per hour (assignment rate)
Contract Type: Locum, 6-month contract/ongoing block booking.
Working hours: Monday – Friday 9-5pm
Main Duties:
- To work as an 18-25 Transition practitioner. Liaison with CAMHS and MHWT to support client within this group.
- To have good assessment skills and assess client referred to the pathway.
- To manage a caseload of Non CPA clients as Key worker.
- Assessment and Triage, home visits, recovery-focussed activities, risk management as well as attending referral meeting and other duties as needed by the pathway.
Requirements of the Community Psychiatric Nurse:
- Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
- Experience working as a Mental Health Nurse
- NMC Registration
