Sanctuary Personnel is currently looking for an experienced Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to take on a new ongoing contract role within the Community Rehabilitation Team.

Location: Ashton-under-Lyne

Pay Rate: £26 per hour (assignment rate)

Contract Type: Locum, 6-month contract/ongoing block booking.

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week (hours flexible between 8am and 8pm). Part time will be considered.

Main Duties:

  • To be a registered practitioner for own caseload in the Community Rehabilitation Team.
  • To work across whole of PCFT footprint as we cover all 5 boroughs.
  • To provide rehab interventions i.e. in reach to inpatients on the discharge pathway and input to those living in the community.
  • To direct support staff using goal plans.
  • Service users to have case formulation supported by the team psychologist.

Requirements of the Community Psychiatric Nurse:

  • Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
  • Experience working as a Mental Health Nurse
  • NMC Registration
