What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of newly referred adults showing signs of First Episode Psychosis.
- Coordinate with service users, carers, and a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalised care plans.
- Implement evidence-based psychosocial interventions focusing on engagement, recovery, and social inclusion.
- Provide ongoing support and advice to service users and facilitate their participation in treatment delivery.
- Engage with families and carers, involving them in treatment plans and offering necessary psycho-education.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation as per NHS Trust guidelines.
