What you will do:

  • Manage a dynamic caseload of service users experiencing various mental health issues within the community.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, plan, implement, and review care needs and pathways for individuals with complex mental health problems.
  • Participate actively in risk assessment and management to ensure the safety and well-being of service users.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care.
  • Travel to different locations, providing care both at your base and within the community as required. A car driver is therefore essential for this role.


Requirements: This position requires someone with clinical experience working with individuals experiencing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. You should possess the ability to develop effective therapeutic relationships, understanding the impact of health and social needs on mental health well-being. You should also be well-versed in risk assessment and able to explore complex issues thoroughly.
