Band 7 Pharmacist – Clinical

What you will do:
- Deliver expert clinical pharmacy services to patients across various departments
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise medication management
- Provide specialist advice on pharmaceutical care plans
- Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Participate in teaching and mentoring junior staff
- Contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and protocols
Requirements:
We are looking for an experienced pharmacist with at least 2 years of hospital experience, including clinical pharmacy practice. Previous work within specialist areas of pharmacy practice is highly desirable. Although not mandatory, having a valid UK driver's license is preferable for working across multiple locations. You must be HCPC registered to apply.
