Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a new locum position available for a Residential Worker to work full time based in a Children’s service based in Barnet.

The pay rate for this locum Children’s Residential Worker job is £18.50 per hour.

Requirements of this Residential Worker role:

  • Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification or equivalent
  • Experience working within Children’s residential care
  • Knowledge of the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015, Quality Standards, and the Care Act (2000)
  • Knowledge of the development needs of children and young people
