Locum Band 6 Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist – Clevedon, UK
Position Overview:
- Role: Band 6 Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist (Locum)

- Duration: Ongoing contract
- Working Hours: Full-time
- Hourly Rate: £26.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver rehabilitation services for patients referred for planned Occupational Therapy intervention in their own homes.
- Develop and implement personalised care plans to improve patients’ independence and enhance their quality of life.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and holistic care delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation to track patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and adaptive equipment usage.
- Participate in regular team meetings to review patient progress and manage cases effectively.
