Key Responsibilities:

  • Physiotherapy Assessments and Interventions: Provide expert physiotherapy assessments and treatments to adults with neurological conditions in a community setting.
  • Care Plan Development: Develop and implement individualised care plans to optimise patient outcomes, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Community Travel: Use your car to travel across the Tower Hamlets area, ensuring patients receive accessible and consistent care.
  • Record Maintenance: Keep up-to-date patient records in line with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Collaboration and Development: Participate in team meetings, share insights with peers, and engage in continuous professional development.

Required Qualifications:

  • UK NHS Experience: Experience in neuro and community settings is essential.
  • HCPC Registration: Must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Driver’s Licence: A car and the ability to drive across the community is a requirement for this role.
