What you will do:
- Provide patient assessment and input within the day rehab unit, focusing on frail and elderly patients at risk of falls.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to minimise falls risk in a day ward setting and conduct patient reviews as needed.
- Conduct assessments and deliver neurological interventions for outpatients with conditions such as MS, Parkinson's Disease, and other neuromuscular disorders.
- Offer flexible working arrangements, considering both full time and part time hours.
- Must be HCPC registered to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
