Overview: Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Band 5 Nurse within the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MMT) and Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) on the picturesque Isle of Man. This locum position offers a competitive hourly rate of £29-32, with both full-time and part-time options available. The role provides a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment, Monday to Friday for 37.5 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care as part of a skilled and dedicated Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT).
- Engage in Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), supporting patients with complex needs within the community setting.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess, develop, and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans as required, and ensuring ongoing care continuity.
- Maintain meticulous patient records in line with healthcare regulations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Provide both emotional and practical support to patients and their families, fostering a supportive care environment.

Essential Requirements:
- Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPHC).
- Previous experience in a UK hospital setting is essential.
- ACT and MMT qualifications are required.
