Working closely with your Team Manager, you will be instrumental in providing professional leadership and support, tackling complex cases, and fostering an environment of learning and excellence. Hours are 09:00 to 17:00, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule.

What you will do:
- Provide professional supervision and leadership to your team, guiding less experienced social workers and unqualified staff.
- Manage a smaller caseload of children and families with complex needs, conducting in-depth assessments and delivering top-notch service.
- Share your extensive knowledge and experience through training, coaching, and mentoring unqualified staff and students.
- Encourage and support reflective practice and learning within your team, aiding in the continuous improvement in practice standards.
- Collaborate within a multi-agency framework to ensure the comprehensive support of families.
- Be readily available to respond to service needs, covering your allocations and visiting children when necessary.
