What you will do:
- Manage a diverse caseload focusing on child-in-need and child protection, legal proceedings, and looked after children.
- Develop strong, empowering relationships with children and families to foster positive, family-led outcomes.
- Collaborate with a team of Social Workers, ASYEs, and Family Practitioners under the guidance of Team Managers and Advanced Social Workers.
- Conduct assessments, plan interventions, and review cases to ensure the safety and stability of children and young people.
- Advocate for children and families, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant frontline experience in Social Services within the UK working as a qualified Social Worker
