What you will do:
Provide professional leadership and supervision to colleagues within your team and support your Team Manager with day-to-day operations. Work closely with children and families with complex needs, undertaking detailed assessments. Mentor, coach, and deliver on-the-job training to both unqualified and less experienced staff, as well as students. Champion high standards of practice, facilitating reflective learning and improved practice standards. Lead improvements and constructively challenge the quality of social care practice.
As an Advanced Social Worker, you will need to be available to cover your allocations and visit children as necessary to meet service needs. Though there is flexibility to work from home occasionally, you must be prepared to respond when required.

Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
