Sanctuary reaches finals of The Recruitment Marketing Awards
By James Rook
To say we’re over the moon is an understatement. It’s the first time we’ve entered The Recruitment Marketing Awards (RMAs), which attracts hundreds of entries from across the UK and we’ve been shortlisted in two categories.
We’ve made it to the top three in the Recruitment Website (below £50,000) and Content Marketing categories.
We’re in good company
Rolls-Royce and Deloitte join us in being Content Marketing finalists and The City of London Corporation and SmartestEnergy are both up for the same Recruitment Website award.
It’s a big deal for us to make the finals of an awards programme that recognises excellence in recruitment marketing and talent management.
Commenting on the news, Andrew Pirie, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Sanctuary Personnel, said:
“The awards acknowledge the hard work of the entire marketing team at Sanctuary Personnel in repositioning our brand.
“It’s great to see seasoned industry professionals from different sectors recognise the huge leaps we continue to make. We take very conscious data-informed decisions when it comes to digital engagement and talent management.
“Our focus is on making every brand touchpoint a candidate or client has with us frictionless and these awards are a nod to this.”
Surpassing expectations
Our new website that we launched only last summer, has far surpassed expectations in terms of engagement and conversion. This doesn’t happen by chance, however. It takes a consistent team effort to create fresh, engaging content that resonates and makes lasting connections with candidates and clients.
It’s a landmark year to reach the finals of the RMAs, as it’s their 40th awards programme. It might not be quite the year they hoped for, but I am sure everyone will celebrate and share in each other’s success when the winners are announced in London on 29 October 2020.
Wish us luck!
