Sanctuary Personnel are looking for a technical support officer to work with Hackney council. This is a full-time position, and we are paying £22.83 Paye and £29.15 Umbrella per hour for this role.

The role:

Actively supporting the Corporate Maintenance and Compliance Manager by providing a wide range of specialist and generalist administrative assistance to ensure effective service delivery; Facilitating the effective management of maintenance and compliance operations across all potential Hackney Council sites; Coordinating, leading and managing the support aspects of the built environment; Maintaining databases, spreadsheets and filing systems; Developing and administering team processes and procedures using available computer equipment and packages; Providing training to team members on the use of systems and troubleshooting IT issues; Coordinating the manager's diary, minuting meetings and performing other such activities required for the smooth running of the team; Maintaining adequate electronic and paper-based records to meet organisational standards and requirements; Managing the team recruitment and onboarding processes.

Applicant Requirements:

  • Qualifications: GCSEs A-C or equivalent including at least English and Maths.
    Educated to A Level standard or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2+ years working within a similar role. 
  • Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
  • Hours: 36 hours p/w.
