What you will do:
- Lead and manage a team of Child Protection Case Conference Chairs and support the workload of the Business Support Team.
- Collaborate with multi-agency partners including Family Support Workers, Domestic Abuse Practitioners, and Mental Health Practitioners to address complex family issues.
- Chair meetings, handle complex and competing demands, and ensure the best outcomes for children and young people.
- Provide managerial support to the IRO Team Manager, offering cover and assistance as needed.
- Implement and advocate for the Herefordshire's Family Safeguarding model, transforming the way children and families are supported.
