Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to students' individual needs
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback and support
- Develop and implement strategies to improve students' functional skills in English, Maths, and ICT
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Contribute to the pastoral care and personal development of students
- Ensure compliance with school policies and National Curriculum standards
About You: To excel in this role, you should have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Evidence of ongoing professional development and further study
- Proven teaching experience in a secondary school setting
- A strong track record of contributing to pastoral care and student development
- Sound knowledge of the National Curriculum requirements for post-16 education
