What you will do:
- Undertake complex cases including assessment and management of risks with a critical understanding of various social work intervention theories and models
- Provide reliable expertise and knowledge as a recognised professional within the team
- Oversee the teaching and mentorship of social work students during practice learning placements
- Deliver evidence in court in relation to care proceedings as required
- Maintain a flexible working week balancing regular attendance in the office with the option of working from home
