What you will do:
- Manage a small caseload of 8-10 families, ensuring focused and efficient assessment and intervention, following through to completion or closure, including adoption if necessary.
- Conduct thorough pre-birth assessments that consider the needs of the whole family.
- Preferably bring your expertise in undertaking parent assessments.
- Chair meetings to collaborate effectively with other professionals.
- Represent the team and attend court to support families and present findings.
