What you will do:

- Provide professional leadership to Social Workers and Occupational Therapists, ensuring work is completed to the highest standard.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager and Group Managers to deliver efficient, high-quality service.
- Oversee resource management, ensuring services remain fully integrated and uncompromised.
- Manage operational processes, maintaining compliance with legislation and local policies.
- Offer consultancy and mentoring to students and professionals, enhancing their safeguarding and care management skills.
- Develop staff assessment and training programs, focusing on skills enhancement.
- Promote service growth and maintain a positive image within the community.

Requirements:

- Degree-level qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Registered with the appropriate professional body such as Social Work England or HCPC.
- Proven experience in a comparable role, particularly within learning disabilities.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
