What you will do:
- Collaborate with the team manager to supervise, guide, and lead a skilled team of social workers, occupational therapists, and assistant practitioners.
- Manage a small caseload, allowing you to continue honing your practice and acting as a role model within the team.
- Work with adults experiencing mental health conditions, conducting assessments and reviews to tailor social care to their needs.
- Champion a strength-based, person-centred approach, making safeguarding decisions while creatively solving problems under pressure.
- Employ your expertise in supporting, supervising, and mentoring junior team members or students.
