Working in partnership with Innovate Children’s Services, we have recently gone live with a Local Authority based in Wales and have agreed terms to recruit Experienced Social Workers on a Fixed-Term basis to their Long-Term CIN/CP Service. The duration of the Fixed-Term Contracts on offer is 3 years.
The Long-Term CIN/CP Service holds CIN, CP & Court/PLO cases, and as the postholder you will work directly with Children and their Families to achieve the best outcome.
Basic salary wise, the positions are paying up to £50,000 per year, as well as substantial introductory and retention payments. Package wise, and inclusive of the inducement payments, the positions are paying up to a massive £63,000 in the first 12 months of employment, subject to meeting the required criteria.
