What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and prospective adoptive families, ensuring the highest level of safeguarding and welfare for all parties involved.
- Develop and maintain care plans, providing ongoing support to adoptive families to ensure successful placements.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including educators and health workers, to provide holistic support to children and families.
- Organise and participate in adoption panel meetings, contributing your expert opinion to decision-making processes.
- Offer support and guidance to children throughout the adoption process, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met.

Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant frontline experience in Social Services within the UK working as a qualified Social Worker
