What you will do:
- Conduct strategy discussions and initial child protection conferences
- Develop Child In Need Planning and execute court actions, including Emergency Protective Orders if required
- Undertake child protective investigations and conduct safety and contingency planning
- Maintain thorough documentation and records in line with policy and statutory guidelines
- Engage in child-focused direct work with creativity and intention
- Conduct thorough assessments and care planning, including report writing and presenting in court
- Build strong partnerships with families and stakeholders, advocating effectively for children’s voices
- Operate within a supportive team, sharing best practices and collaborating effectively
