Salary: £34,864 - £42,664 per annum + £3000 welcome bonus
Sanctuary Personnel have an exciting opportunity for an MSK Physiotherapist to join our client's dynamic Physiotherapy Team. They are looking for a dedicated professional to support the development of Out-Patient services by providing an excellent clinical service to their patients.

Role & Responsibilities
They seek a highly motivated and passionate individual keen to develop their skills and provide a high-quality MSK out-patient physiotherapy service.
The successful applicant will:
- Utilise existing clinical skills in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
- Support the development and growth of the out-patient department.
- Mentor and manage junior staff.
- Liaise with the wider MDT to identify potential improvements in the physiotherapy department.
- Participate in a rota to cover in-patient work at weekends.
Person Specification
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP) and registration with the Health Professions Council (HPC).
- Minimum of 3 years post-qualification physiotherapy experience.
- Previous experience in MSK out-patients.
- Experience in line management.
- Experience in business development.

Welcome Bonus
This bonus is offered to those who commence substantive employment between 1st January 2024 and 30th June 2024 in a role dedicated to hands-on patient care requiring registration with either the NMC or HCPC. The bonus is paid in two parts: £1500 at the end of a successful 3-month probation period and £1500 after 12 months of employment. For part-time positions, this bonus is pro-rata.
