Job Title: Senior Educational Psychologist
Location: Morden
Type: Permanent
Salary: Negotiable

Are you passionate about improving the life chances of children and young people? Do you want to be part of a dynamic and innovative Educational Psychology Service (EPS)? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to work with our client.

About Our Client:

Our client's EPS is a well-established and highly regarded team, recognised for its significant contribution to the implementation of the Children and Families Act 2014. The service offers a range of traded services to pre-school settings, schools, and colleges, providing diverse opportunities to deliver impactful projects and interventions such as CBT, ELSA, VIG, and NAS’s EarlyBird Plus and TeenLife programmes. They also take pride in their strong tradition of supporting trainee Educational Psychologists on placement.

Following substantial investment in the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Integrated Service (SENDIS), they are expanding their team and are looking for a Senior Educational Psychologist to take a strategic lead within their service. In this role, you will supervise colleagues, manage an allocated caseload, and contribute to the leadership of the EPS management team. Your strong interpersonal and communication skills will be key in inspiring and motivating others.

About You:

To be considered for this role, you must hold a qualification in Educational Psychology (e.g., Doctorate or Masters) that permits Graduate Registration with the British Psychological Society, along with current HCPC Registration. An enhanced DBS check is required for this position.

If you're ready to make a difference and lead within an ambitious EPS, we encourage you to apply now through Sanctuary Personnel.
