The salary for this permanent Residential Support Worker job is up to £29,824
Main Duties:
- Supporting and guiding young people to achieve their potential
- Developing and implementing personalized care plans
- Collaborating with the team to ensure the highest quality of care
- Engaging with young people in a meaningful and impactful manner
Requirements of this job:
- Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification or equivalent, or willingness to undertake this
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience working within Children’s residential care
- Ability to show leadership skills
- Experience of managing budgets
- Direct involvement in Ofsted inspections
