What you will do:
- Assist the Home Manager in providing leadership and daily operational management of the children's home.
- Inspire and support a team of care professionals committed to improving outcomes for children and young people.
- Ensure the home operates in compliance with Ofsted inspection frameworks and children's residential care standards.
- Engage with young people, their families, and professionals to establish supportive relationships.
- Lead on assessment, risk management, and strengths-based care planning for children in the home.
- Facilitate a positive environment that is both stimulating and nurturing for the social, emotional, and educational development of the children.
- Provide visible and aspirational leadership that encourages staff and children alike to reach their full potential.
