Our client offers a comprehensive range of veterinary services and is looking to expand their team with veterinary surgeons at various experience levels.

Job Summary: We are seeking Veterinary Surgeons at different stages of their careers to relocate to Hong Kong, from recent graduates to seasoned professionals. Depending on your experience, your responsibilities will range from routine surgeries and emergency care to advanced internal medicine and orthopedic surgeries.

Location: Various Locations

Hours: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: In Hong Kong Dollars

  • Day Shift:
  • 0-3 years: $40,000 - $50,000 base salary, plus a bonus structure of 5x.
  • 3-8 years: $50,000 - $75,000 base salary, plus a bonus structure of 5x.
  • 8+ years: $75,000 - $100,000 base salary, plus a bonus structure of 5x.
  • Night Shift:
  • 0-3 years: $50,000 - $60,000 base salary, plus a bonus structure of 5x.
  • 3-8 years: $60,000 - $90,000 base salary, plus a bonus structure of 5x.
  • 8+ years: $90,000 - $130,000 base salary, plus a bonus structure of 5x.

Financial Incentives:

  • Relocation benefits including flights, working visas, and relocation allowance.
  • Continuing Education (CE) allowance, with approval.

Annual leave:

  • 0-3 years: Start at 10 days (public holidays not included).
  • 3-8 years: Start at 14 days (public holidays not included).
  • 8+ years: Start at 20 days (public holidays not included).

Qualifications:

  • Veterinary degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current registration and good standing with the relevant veterinary regulatory body.
  • For 0-3 years: Capability in neutering, routine surgery, soft tissue surgery, dental work, and emergency care.
  • For 3-8 years: In addition to the above, proficiency in internal medicine or orthopedic surgery.
  • For 8+ years: Expertise in advanced surgeries, complex internal medicine cases, and specialized procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
