Main Duties:
- Demonstrate exemplary clinical practice consistently and take responsibility for personal actions, adhering to the NMC code of conduct
- Assess, plan, and deliver patient care tailored to individual needs.
- Serve as a role model, fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Maintain precise and thorough records of patient care.
- Uphold and safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements of the Registered Nurse:
- Qualified Adult Nurse with current NMC PIN.
- Post-registration clinical experience in a relevant specialty.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Post-registration experience in an outpatient setting.
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant specialty.
