Requirements of the Registered Mental Health Nurse/Registered Learning Disability Nurse:
- Hold an active Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN, with specialization as either a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or a Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities (RNLD), accompanied by a minimum of 12 months of post-qualification experience.
- Previous experience within Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) services is advantageous.
- Display a proactive mindset, demonstrating dedication to fostering positive change, continuous improvement, and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Possess the capability to devise and apply adaptable and inventive methodologies in practice.
- Exhibit exceptional verbal, interpersonal, and written communication abilities to effectively engage with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
