What you will do:
- Perform comprehensive assessments and deliver high-quality care within the Crisis and Home Treatment Team.
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide support and guidance to individuals in crisis, offering interventions and facilitating their ongoing treatment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and treatment plans.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of mental health services.

Requirements of the Registered Mental Health Nurse:
- Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing and valid NMC Registration.
- Proven experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a focus on crisis or home treatment preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment.
