Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Band 7 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to take on a new locum opportunity based in Kilburn, within the Community Mental Health Team.
Location: Kilburn
Contract Type: Locum
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Working hours may include shifts, evenings, weekends and on-call
work.
Pay Rate: £30-£31.80 per hour (assignment rate)
Main Duties:
- Provide all appropriate support andcontact for service users taking into account health,
social and cultural needs of the service user through a thorough assessment and planning of
clients care needs. - Carry out risk assessments for clients in line with the Trust and local policies and procedures.
- Take responsibility for co-ordinating referrals meetings and ensure that all cases are
screened and individuals involved are kept informed of outcomes. - Take responsibility for ensuring discharges from the CMHT are completed when necessary to
ensure ongoing throughput making sure that they are managed safely. - Deputise for the Team Manager in his/her absence.
Requirements of the Registered Mental Health Nurse:
- Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
- Proven experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse
- Valid NMC Registration
