Role Overview
As a Children's Nurse, you will:
- Deliver gold standard, one-to-one, holistic care in the comfort of patients' homes or schools.
- Offer quality nursing tailored to the child's needs, ensuring all professional standards are met and relevant care plans are delivered.
- Treat patients with a wide range of conditions, including growth hormone and biologic treatments for juvenile arthritis, Crohn's disease, and psoriasis.
- Manage your own daily workload while maintaining stock, supplies, and equipment.
- Record all clinical data accurately to ensure quality care is maintained and delivered, and report any adverse effects via the correct protocol.
- Maintain and demonstrate up-to-date knowledge, addressing any gaps in clinical competency and staying compliant with all business policies and procedures.
Requirements
As this is a regional role, travelling to visit patients in their home setting, it is crucial that you have a full UK driving licence.
